Our Let Only service finds ideal tenants for you. We market your property, run credit checks on the applicants, vet them for suitability and select the best low maintenance tenant. We will also collect future rents on a monthly basis free of charge.

A Comprehensive Let Only Service
As well as finding you a suitable tenant, we also provide rental valuations for your property and help with all legal and safety aspects of renting out a property. In addition to this, we will collect your tenant security deposit and administer it to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, provide a tenant welcome pack, instruct an inventory and condition report and transfer utility and council tax to the new tenant.
We take care of everything before the tenancy begins but also collect the rent for you on a monthly basis.
The cost of our Let Only service is one month’s rent + VAT and includes monthly rent collection.
