We will visit any properties the client wants us to and carryout full diligence and research. We will then run a full investment review and analysis of the potential purchase and send a copy of this to the client.
Once a property that meets with a client’s investment criteria has been found we can liaise with the selling agents or vendors and negotiate with them to secure a property at the best possible price. We can then work with solicitors to have a formal offer sent.
We can pick up the keys on the day of completion and check the property over for any defects and quote for any possible remedial works.
We will prepare quotes for any work needed to ensure the property is ready for letting. This can include refurbishment, safety certs, furnishing in short anything required to ensure the property is in lettable condition and will achieve the best possible rent. We can also handle all aspects of the works utilising our network of trusted contractors.
