Landlord Registration Numbers
If you own a property or intend to become a landlord in the UK, by law you are required to register with the government as a landlord and provide Glenham Property with your landlord registration number.
This is a simple and easy task which is completed at the following government website. Without doing this a property management company is unable to advertise a property for rent as all advertising requires a landlord registration number.

If you live outside of the UK you must register as a non-resident landlord. There are further details about this on the following gov.uk page.
